Common questions

What happens if I have a busy month?
Nothing. There are no job limits on any plan — do as many as you can win.
Do I need Xero?
Only if you pay people. Solo works entirely on its own; Crew and Gaffer plug into your Xero so paying lads and subs stays CIS-correct.
Can I change plans?
Any time, one tap. Most people move up when the business does — first lad on, first jobs subbed out.
I've got a few lads on day rate but I don't sub work out — which plan?
Crew. Lads never move you up a plan, however many you've got — subbing work out on price is what makes you a Gaffer. The plan matches what your business is, not how big it's getting.
Is my card charged during the trial?
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Your card isn't charged until the 14 days end, and we remind you before they do. Cancel in one tap.
